St. Vincent de Paul has been offering all-day kindergarten in both of our kindergarten classrooms since 2008. All-day kindergarten has enhanced our students' academic and social success before they enter first grade. The early start and end times of our school allow for our kindergarten students to learn during their best hours of the day, and when they are done with school, there is still time to rest.
Our two kindergarten teachers have the perfect combination of experience and excitement! They know kindergarten, love teaching this age, and will truly love your child. Our teachers believe that parent involvement is key to a child's success and will partner with you throughout their education at St. Vincent de Paul, from kindergarten to the end.
In kindergarten, students have a curiosity and natural love of learning. We focus on the development of social skills and begin to build strong readers and problem solvers. When our students leave kindergarten, we want them to believe in their ability to learn so they are confident and able to take on any challenge that their education may bring.
