After School Care Program

St. Vincent de Paul offers After School Care for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our program operates from 1:35 PM to 5:30 PM on most school days, providing a safe, supervised, and engaging environment for students after dismissal.
To better meet the needs of each age group, students are divided into two programs:

• Royal Kids – For students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with the cafeteria serving as the primary program location.
• Library Lounge – For students in 6th through 8th grade, with the library serving as the primary program location.

 
Both programs provide age-appropriate activities, homework opportunities, and supervised free time in a caring and structured environment that extends the values of our Catholic faith and School and Parish mission beyond the regular school day. 
 
2026-27 Care on School Release Days
We will not be offering care for students on school release days/school holidays for the 2026-27 school year. . Please note some specific dates below.

After School Care will be closed on the following school days during the 2026-2027 school year

• Tuesday, December 15, 2026 (All Parish and School Staff Christmas Party)
• Friday, December 18, 2026 (Last Day before Christmas Break)
• Thursday, June 10, 2027 (Last day of school)

2026-2027 After School Care Program Fees

• $23.50 per day, per child, for full or part-time Royal Kids participants (Grades K-5). Pick up by 5:30PM.
• $29.00 per day, per child, for drop-in Royal Kids participants (grades K-5). Pick up by 5:30PM.
• $15.00 per day, per child, for full or part-time Homework Club participants (grades 6-8). Pick up by 5:30PM
• $20.00 per day, per child, for drop-in Homework Club participants, (grades 6-8). Pick up by 5:30PM
• $40.00 registration fee per year, per student, (non-refundable). 
• 5% discount for 3 or more children.
  
  No credit for absences. Charges are based on number of days registered for and not days attended, unless you have been confirmed for drop-in participation.
